A first milestone is crossed in this vlog, where we hit 500 subscribers on our way, to one day reach the mythical 100,000. In addition, apparently, I have a new ministry title, which I share with you. Also on this vlog, I send out a thank you, and I also speak to you about why its hard to put yourself out there, especially when we have so many other Christians who are happy to tear us apart, no matter what information we put out. I share with you a little about why I do this, and what is coming for 2017.
Another cool product we found, to take on our recent Ecuador mission trip, was a GPS tracker made by the Not Your Child company. This device is able to work in over 100 countries around the world, and costs around $129, which is completely messed up in the video. This device can keep track of a person in almost real time, and report locations around the world. Consider this on any future travel you may take.
On this vlog episode, I provide a sample reading from Jonathan Brenneman’s new book, “Present Access to Heaven” where Jonathan talks about how to more effectively bring heaven to Earth, and some different angles by which one should look at the Kingdom.
Cello Mobile Mifi was a device that we purchased to take with us to Ecuador, and it proved to be very useful and very valuable to our needs. We had 4g connectivity for our phones, and were also able to use GPS to track people in our group, for safety.
In this review, I explain why having this device was so useful to us, why I would highly recommend you consider using it for your mission trips, and what everything looks like.
In this series of videos, I will present products and devices we used along the way, and provide real recommendations. We have not been compensated for this in any way, this review is our own opinion.
Our closing message on our recent Ecuador Mission Trip to the For His Children Oprhanage in Quito and Latacunga, Ecuador. On this vlog, we just cover some of the highlights from the trip, share some needs of the organization, and some of the experiences that stayed with us from this trip.
For His Children:
On this vlog, I share with you a short message about being grateful for what you have, and to urge you to really appreciate things you may take for granted. Coming off of our mission trip in Ecuador, we really got a taste of having a lack of conveniences and every day elements of life, and upon returning home, we are more grateful than ever. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us here at Dominion Fire, Las Vegas, Nevada….
In this final vlog of the trip, we pack up and return home to Las Vegas Nevada. We realize how much we missed food from McDonalds, and how much we appreciate what we have in the U.S.. Finally arriving back at home, we celebrate with Chicken Pad Thai and assorted Thai foods. After 20 hours of travel and 4000 miles, we officially conclude this missionary vlog
A quiet day at the orphanage, as we spend our second to last day with some activities with the kids, parties, singing, dancing and just spending time.
Today, we spent the day in Latacunga, and eventually ended up in a local soup kitchen for elderly indigenous people. Here we prayed for healing for several people, danced, partied and had a great time. After that, we get up close and personal with a llama, and round out the day playing music with the kids, then a bonfire party with smores and glow sticks.
On this episode, we took a day out for tourism, to visit Baños, Ecuador where there are several amazing waterfalls and natural wonders. We start with amazing coffees, then a double decker tour bus, watching people zip line and catapult through mountains, an finally the Devil’s Cauldron. We round out the night with an amazing steak lunch, shopping at the local artisan markets, and then eventually finding ourselves in a weird, small local town for pizza.
