Last night, Ian had a friend sleep over. His friend woke up around 1am with a fever and a deep cough. I ministered healing, and overnight the fever broke. In the morning, his friend was still lethargic and laying on the couch not moving at all. We told Ian that his friend was feeling sick, and not to disturb him. Ian walked up, layed hands on his friend, and in his unique dialect of Toddler speak, said “sickness go, body healed, by stripe, jesus name, GO!!!!!!” Within 90 seconds, his friend totally snapped out of this lethargic state, and they started playing fast and loud, like they always do. No fever, no coughing, no sickness and nothing further. Lynn and I were stunned, and when his mom came to pick him up this morning, she said that he looked fine.
Can I tell you how proud I am of my little 2-year old healing minister? You may argue that it wouldnt work given his age and that he isnt fully aware etc, but here’s a couple things to think about. First off, he is a child of hardcore believers, and God definitely honors that. Secondly, no one has filled his head with doubts, wrong doctrine, or wispy “Christianese” thinking. In short, no one ever told him that it cant work, and he truly has faith as a child. So, I plan to continue to raise him up in this, so that he never departs from it. I pray that he has millions of healings throughout all of his days!!!
